Sama Dubaï a firm based in Unite-Arab-Emirates retained the services of DAA Landscape member of IBI Group for the landscape master plan of the project. This 100 hectares project located in the Valley of the Bouregreg river in Rabat, capital of Morocco, is the second of a six phase gigantic development project estimated at 3 billion dollars.

M Akram El Harraqui’s scope of work was to envision and develop the philosophy for all the landscape architecture designs; from Concept Stage to Detailed Design for this integrated waterfront community, which includes a wide range of residential structures (15 000 units), retail, offices, hotels, entertainment and recreational facilities, parks and open spaces.
